Sevadaari App endeavors continuously to ensure that your privacy is protected when using our service.
Sevadaari App has therefore established a policy regarding how your personal data shall be handled and
protected.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) shall apply to Sevadaari App (“Sevadaari App”) as well as users
(“Users”) of webapps, apps, and tools provided by Sevadaari App in order to offer a cloud-based
dispatch and ride request solution. The users are defined as a registered volunteer(s), and registered
volunteers (“Sevadaari”) who are interested and engaged in using the Sevadaari App’s Service for
voluntary ride requests.

Who is responsible for the personal data?

Sevadaari App and its developer is the data controller of the personal data that you as a User enter into
Sevadaari App’s systems about yourself.

themselves to Sevadaari App.

Sevadaari App and its developer is the data controller of the personal data Clients share about
themselves to Sevadaari App.

Sevadaari App is the data processor and this is handled in the Personal Data Processing Agreement all
volunteers need to accept before using the Service.

Name, Username, Phone number, Picture, Family members count, Complete Address, Gate Code,
timestamp, GPS coordinated activities to identify the approximate location.

How long is the data stored?

The personal information and data entered by the volunteer will be stored in the volunteer database
until the user account is inactive status.

The ride request data will be in the system from the time the ride is requested to the time ride is ended.
Ride end time can be completing the ride, canceling the ride requests, and updating the ride requesting.
The ride activity is deleted as soon as the ride ends. Sevadaari App and its developer reserves the right
to delete or anonymize the data at an earlier point in time

Push Notifications

Volunteers may receive push notifications in the form of audio, video, and text messages to coordinate
the ride request with the volunteer of the transportation team. You can opt-out of receiving push
notifications through your device settings. Note that opting out of receiving push notifications may
impact your use of the Sevadaari App.

Background Player

The videos embedded in the app, is to educate and increase the level of understanding through
informative and knowledgeable videos. However, the user can continue to use any other app while the
sound/music of the video will be played in background. To improve our user experience.

Assisting and communicating jamati members for transporting to the closest jamatkhana from their
provided addresses

How does Sevadaari App collect personal data?

Sevadaari App processes data that volunteer(s) have entered into the system or generated while using
the Service.

Sevadaari App processes data that volunteer(s) share with Sevadaari App when contacting or connecting
with jamati member(s) while accepting the ride request data and for their transportation to the
jamatkhana.

With whom will we share your personal data?

The information that Users provide on our web app will be used to enable ride requests from jamati
members by Volunteers of the transportation team. When requesting a ride, necessary information will
be provided to you from the jamati member(s) in order for them to be able to avail the voluntary service
and be assisted with their ride request.

Sevadaari App’s developer, administrator, and volunteers will not share any personally

Identifiable information with other parties whatsoever.

Where is your personal data processed?

Sevadaari App mainly uses its own local and cloud-based services. In some instances, data may be stored on the cloud and will be used for data storage and processing purpose on the Sevadaari app only.

What are your rights regarding your personal data?

You have the right to see, correct, or delete your personal data stored at Sevadaari App. To do this you need to reach out to your area administrator and verify your identity so that the area administrator with the help of Sevadaari App support team can verify that it is your personal data and further assist you in your user actions.

If you have shared your personal data directly to someone else using Sevadaari App’s system and have taken assistance from another person to fill the personal information, then it is that assisting or collaborating person who is the personal data controller and Sevadaari App is the personal data processor. In these cases, you shall contact the transportation team area administrator if you want to view, correct, or delete your personal data.

Sevadaari App may exercise data portability when the data transfer is technically needed to incase of data loss due to technical reasons.

In the event of a dispute, the volunteer and/or Volunteer may file a complaint with the transportation team area administrator.

How do we protect your personal data?

Sevadaari App is committed to protecting our Users’ information. We have taken technical and
organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, manipulation, or unauthorized access.

Your password protects your user account. You shall follow the password combination provided by the
app developer and a unique and strong password, limit access to your device and browser, and log out
after having used the voluntary ride service. While we take data protection seriously, no security
measures are completely secure, and we do not guarantee the security of your information.
